"Well… what can I say. Without boring everyone with the details I had a unique situation and a time sensitive need for an insurance policy. My usual State Farm agent was closed and the corporate customer service couldn’t help me with my needs. I googled to find a local State Farm agent to see if anyone at all could help me, if I’m honest it was a last ditch attempt and I wasn’t hopeful of having my needs met after 2 hrs on the phone with State Farm corporate and no joy. But then along came Carol, I knocked on the door of her office and she greeted me with a warm smile, listen to my situations and whilst she wasn’t initially sure if she could help she said she’d try and see what she could do.
